  • 1/3 cup Wish-Bone® Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 large cooked beets, halved and thinly sliced*
  • 1 small seedless cucumber, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 large tomato, halved and thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups baby arugula or spinach leaves
  • 3 cups cooked couscous
