  • water (to cook orzo pasta)
  • 2 tbsps chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (chopped)

  • 10 kalamata (pitted and chopped)
  • 1 dash brine (kalamata, if you have it, optional)
  • 1/2 purple onion (small, finely sliced to create slivers)
