  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 12 cup sliced almonds (raw)
  • 2 tbsps toasted wheat germ
  • 3 tbsps dark brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tbsp warm water
  • 14 tsp coarse salt
  • 3 tbsps maple syrup (grade B)
  • 2 tbsps canola oil (I use whatever I have available)
  • 14 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 18 tsp nutmeg (about 16 scrapings)
  • 12 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 14 cup golden raisin
  • 14 cup dried cherries (I sometimes use cranberries)
