  • 20 juniper berries (dried)

  • 5 allspice berries
  • 10 cloves
  • 1 12 tsps mustard seeds (whole dried)
  • 2 tbsps coriander (whole dried)
  • 3 bay leaves (large, crushed)
  • 6 drops tabasco sauce (or 3 small whole dried hot chili peppers)
  • 14 tsp marjoram (ground, not powdered)
  • 34 tsp caraway seed
  • 14 tsp sugar
  • 14 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsps salt (add more if required before serving)
