  • 1 avocado (peeled, save the pit)
  • 1 scallion (sliced)
  • 12 red onion (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (fresh, minced)
  • 12 jalapeno (minced)
  • 1 lime (juice of)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 2 tbsps cilantro (chopped)
