It turned out great! I used leftover pilaf for the rice, that was a little soggy, but the stir-fry quickly dried it out. Yum!!!

OK but not brilliant. A bit too bland for our tastes.

Nice rice, I will make again. It gave me the classic fried rice taste I was craving. This was my first time making fried rice and it is so nice to know I can make it at home. I don't know if I wasn't measuring things correctly but after I prepped all the ingredients, sauteed the garlic then added the veggies and started adding the rice it seemed like the recipe was calling for way too much rice relative to the other ingredients. So I cut it down to about one third of the rice the recipe called for and it turned out great. I will double check and play around with that next time.

Little heavy on the soy, but otherwise good.

Pretty basic, very quick and easy, used leftover rice and a yellow onion instead of green. Threw some spring greens at the end and just wilted, and I used frozen mixed veggies instead of just peas and carrots. Didn't have any oyster sauce on hand so just added extra sesame oil. Pretty tasty for something so simple.

It turned out fantastic!! I’ll will use this recipe for good in the future, with no intention of changing anything. It’s easy to add beef, chicken or pork as well and still get the same great tasting result. It just ends up a main dish instead of just a side. Add some soy sauce to serve...and bam!

Overall it was good, I did use 1/3 cup soy sauce and it was a little to salty for us.

I usually add some corn to it, and sometimes also shrimps. I skip oyster sauce, but it is still very tasty and great to-go lunch. Sesame oil gives it that special flavour.

A very good base recipe to tweak to your liking. I reduce the soy to 1/4 cup and add 1 tbs chili sauce and 1 tbs sweet thai chili sauce. We like heat in our house.

I adapted the recipe slightly - 4 whisked eggs instead of 2, 400g rice instead of 630g & added prawns. This easily fed 4 adults and everyone really enjoyed it. The addition of the oyster sauce makes all the difference to the taste.
