  • 12 cup maple syrup (minus 2 tbs, 14 cup agave)
  • 4 tbsps vanilla
  • 12 cup rice milk (substitute)
  • 1 tsp guar gum (original recipe didn t call for this but i think it improves the consistency)
  • 2 bananas (ripe, optional)
  • 13 cup cashews (finely chopped, additions optional)
  • cinnamon (sprinkle on top optional)
