  • cilantro leaves (Chopped fresh, for garnish)
  • 1 lb ground chuck (lean)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsps chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper (fresh)
  • 30 ozs Ranch Style Beans
  • 15 ozs tomato sauce
  • 15 ozs niblet corn (drained)
  • 10 ozs diced tomatoes (and green chiles)
