  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lb king crab (leg, thawed if frozen)
  • 18 hard shelled clams (small, 2-inch, 1 1/2 pound such as littlenecks, scrubbed)
  • 1 lb red snapper fillets (skinless, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces)
