  • 1 lb mexican chorizo (removed from casings and crumbled)
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 14 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 cups pinto beans (cooked)
  • 12 tsp chili powder
  • 14 tsp salt
  • water
  • corn tortilla chips (homemade tortilla chips recipe below or large restaurant style)
  • 1 12 cups pepper jack (grated)
  • 1 12 cups cheddar (grated sharp)
  • 1 white onion (sliced into thin rings)
  • 5 jalapenos (stemmed seeded and chopped or to taste)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 leaf fresh cilantro (chopped, garnish)
