  • 14 tsp ground ginger
  • 6 tbsps melted butter
  • 1 gelatin (envelope)
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 12 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 12 cup milk
  • 3 eggs (separated or 3 egg yolks and enough egg white substitute for 3 egg whites)
  • 2 tbsps rum (note original recipe called for 12 cup, bit)
  • 14 cup granulated sugar
  • 12 sugar pumpkin (pure made from 12 of one medium, 1 34 cups)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (softly whipped for topping)
  • gingersnap (extra crushed, garnish)
