  • 2 12 tbsps fresh ginger (minced)

  • 24 shrimp (uncooked, peeled deveined)
  • 1 14 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 12 inch wide strips)
  • 1 14 lbs skirt steak (beef, cut into 3x 12 inch strips or filet mignon cut into 3 x 12 x 14 inch strips)
  • 36 water (bamboo skewers soaked, 30 minutes)
