This is a really easy and tasty recipe which serves a great pasta salad base for you to add your favorite vegetables to; I added shrimp and some cherry tomatoes which tasted great. I also seasoned the dish with salt and pepper which I think is missing from the recipe as it stands. I would agree with the reviewers who mentioned that this recipe makes for far more than 4 portions - it easily fed 6 and could even have fed more if needs be! Try and adjust the measurements accordingly so you don't have too much waste.
