  • 1 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup green bell pepper (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup canned tomatoes (and green chilies, I use Rotel brand, either mild or hot)
  • 8 ozs velveeta (Mexican cheese, mild or hot)
