  • 1 bell pepper (green works best, sliced thinly)
  • 1 onion (small, sliced thinly)
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 10 tortillas
  • 1/2 cup salsa (any kind-I like homemade)
  • 8 ozs cheese (taco blend)
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning (I use Mrs. Dash)
  • 6 cups hot water
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup chili powder
  • 2 tbsps chicken bouillon (dissolve in hot water)
  • 2 tsps garlic powder (according to taste)
  • 2 tbsps peanut butter
  • 2 tbsps cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar
