  • 2 tbsps curry powder (preferably madras)
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • coarse salt
  • 2 packages green peas (frozen, 10 ounces)
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 12 cup cashews (toasted, optional for serving)
