Chicken a la King is a family favorite of ours. Although many variations exist, this recipe is by far, the creamiest. I added 2 cups of frozen peas and substituted chicken breasts with chicken thighs. It is an inexpensive, simple to prepare, delicious meal. We often serve it with hash brown potatoes or poured over a loaf of French bread.
