  • 1 tsp chestnut honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • black pepper (couple grinds of)
  • flour
  • butter
  • 1 bananas
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsps dark rum
