  • 1 crusts (large Boboli pizza, or 1 large any pre-made pizza dough, you like)
  • 12 lb sausage (cooked and crumbled, you can use a sausage meat substitute like gimme lean)
  • 2 chicken breasts (cooked and cut into strips)
  • 1 zucchini (small, about 6 oz. sliced thin)
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 12 cup onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 4 ozs tomato sauce
  • 15 ozs diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp mustard (brown)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (chopped)
  • 2 tsps brown sugar
  • 2 tsps worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsps cumin
  • 2 tsps emeril's original essence (or 2 teaspoons other cajun seasoning)
  • 12 tsp oregano
  • 1 dash hot sauce (to taste)
  • 8 ozs grated cheese (I use mozzarella)
