  • 8 ozs deep-fried tofu (squares)
  • 5 ozs gluten (fried, balls, about 18)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • kosher salt
  • 30 ozs straw mushrooms (drained, liquid reserved)
  • granulated sugar
  • 15 ozs baby corn (drained)
  • 7 ozs ginkgo nut (shelled fresh or canned and drained, about 1 cup)
