  • 1 tsp mustard (brown)
  • 21/2 tbsps sugar
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper (fresh is best)
  • 4 stalks celery (finely chopped, leaves and bottom cut off)
  • 3 sliced green onions
  • 1 red bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
  • 1 cucumber (peeled, seeded, and chopped)
  • 1 jalapeno chilies (optional)
  • cilantro (chopped, to taste)

  • 8 ozs white corn (canned, drained and rinsed)
