  • 2 tbsps dry rub (seasonings, recipe follows, I usually use a little more)
  • 4 lbs pork ribs (country-style, I prefer bone-in, but you could use boneless)
  • 3 cups ketchup
  • 1 12 cups water
  • 1 12 cups beer
  • 34 cup cider vinegar
  • 14 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard (such as French's yellow mustard)
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar (light or dark, doesn't matter)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
