The size and texture of this loaf is very acceptable. I would definately add salt to this recipe and toast the bread before "lathering" with butter. Being a newbie to low carb, I'm still getting used to some of the flavors.

Having tried a pre-mixed bread baking "kit"...this was far superior in flavor.
