Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina (fine)
  • 2 cups milk (or 2 cups half-and-half, Milk and water)
  • 2 bananas (small ripe, mashed)
  • 1 cup sugar (or to taste- I use less around 3/4th cup)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3 cardamom (powder)
  • 3 tbsps clarified butter (ghee, cannot substitute this with anything else in my humble opinion)
