I enjoyed this recipe but it was not my favorite. I think it really comes down to the fact that I just prefer other types of curry. A good meal but not a repeater for me.

Nice recipe - good combination of spices with cauliflower which loves these aromatic flavours. Chick peas also perfect; I will make this again, and see whether other options work besides red pepper/zucchini.

I love this! And my non-vegan friends thought it was great too. I love to share leftovers with my co-workers as I've found sharing yummy vegan foods with them has made them a lot more understanding of vegans, lol - no more thinking vegans just eat plain salads. It's subtly spicy, with a rich flavor. Easy enough to make on a weeknight.

Even with all of those spices, it was just kind of bland. Adding extra salt helped, but it just wasn't like the African curries I am used to (east african).
