You’ll probably need to make extra of this awesome guacamole recipe if you want it to last the day! It’s so good, you won’t be able to resist putting a dollop on everything you eat, from cheesy quesadillas to plain tortilla chips.
- 2 avocados
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tomato (ripe, chopped)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl.
- Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for half an hour to blend flavors!
