My culinary style is a healthy approach to finding simple and fun ways to incorporate whole foods into every day cooking. I also have a horribly huge sweet tooth, so one of my favorite things to do is to find lower calorie baking options to make sure my skinny jeans stay zipped!
What is the main source of inspiration for your recipes?
My main source of inspiration for my recipes comes from my friends and family. The best part about cooking great food is sharing it with even better people. So the majority of my recipes are inspired by family barbecues, best friend’s birthdays, and girls nights out!
If you could have one food while stranded on a desert island, what would it be?
Thats such a hard question! Are you sure I can only bring one…?? I think I’d have to go with peanut butter. And maybe smuggle in some chocolate in my pocket :)

For someone new to my blog, I would say try my No Pudge Double Fudge Brownies with Creamy Chocolate Frosting (a mouthful of a title!). These are the absolute simplest and most delicious fudge brownies. You can whip them up in no time, and I don’t know too many people that can resist a really great chocolate brownie.
What is your ultimate guilty food pleasure?
My ultimate guilty pleasure food is sweet potato fries and lots and lots of ketchup! I always have a bag of frozen fries in my fridge in case of emergencies.
