I would describe my culinary style as fresh, simple vegan comfort food.
What is the main source of inspiration for your recipes?
Inspiration comes from my belly, whatever I feel like eating that day and cookbooks (lots of cookbooks!)
If you could have one food while stranded on a desert island, what would it be?
That is tough question.. I am thinking peanut butter for sure. What would I spread it on though? hmmmmm

All of my recipes are pretty user friendly. As long as you have a knife! Some of my favorites are:
- The Best Carrot Cake- Seriously the best carrot cake. I make this all the time! It’s super easy and really moist and delicious!
- Spanakopita- One of my favorite all time things to eat. (I guess that is what I would take if I was stranded on a desert island)
What is your ultimate guilty food pleasure?
Chocolate, nanaimo bars, cookie dough, cakes, pies, ice cream…really anything that has sugar. That stuff is addictive you know.
